Your responsibilities:

  • Provide support to experienced Headhunters for complex recruitment projects.
  • Carry out active searches for candidates using modern TalentsSourcing tools and techniques.
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates and actively recommend them for recruitment projects.
  • Verify the references of your selected candidates.
  • Prepare reports of verified candidates.
  • Administer and manage recruitment projects in a dedicated IT system.
