Preamble

This Policy is a data protection policy within the meaning of the GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119, p.1).

Ciszewskiego 15, entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under no. 0000678118, holding tax identification number 5213781774, REGON no. 367298245, employment agency licence no: 19968, with its share capital of PLN 50,000 (paid in full) is the Users’ personal data administrator (hereinafter PDA). The PDA Data Protection Officer is Bartosz Strzembeczny (hereinafter referred to as DPO). Contact with the DPO can be made by e-mail at: gdpr@axosrecruitment.com or by letter at the company’s address.

Purpose and scope of data processing

Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting recruitment projects. i.e. presenting users with the best employment opportunities on the labour market. For this purpose, we process only the necessary data, i.e. name and surname; date of birth; place of residence (correspondence address); education; previous employment history; contact data in the form of a mobile phone number and e-mail address.

Recipients of personal data

The PDA does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Recipients of personal data may include entities to whom Axos Group Sp. z o.o. provides recruitment services. Each time the User will be warned that his/her personal data will be made available to a potential employer.

A situation may arise whereby the User’s personal data is transferred to the company’s suppliers to enable them to provide the company’s services in an appropriate manner (e.g. hosting company, database security monitoring company).

The Company has entered into agreements with each of the aforementioned entities for entrusting of the processing of the Users’ personal data guaranteeing an appropriate level of security and confidentiality of the processing of personal data. The processing entities act only in accordance with our instructions.

There is also the possibility that we will transfer the User’s personal data to government authorities – we will only do so if we have a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Retention (storage) period for personal data

We only keep the users’ personal data for as long as is necessary for recruitment projects or until the user withdraws his/her consent to the processing of their data. At least once a year, Axos Group Sp. z o.o. will endeavour to carry out a periodic review of the currency of the data held.

Users’ rights

You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data regarding a breach of the right to data protection or other rights granted under the GDPR.

In each case, the provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to consent to the processing of personal data will prevent the user concerned from being included in the company’s recruitment projects.

Additional information

We do not send candidates marketing information by email without their express consent.

Safety measures

As PDA, we have implemented a number of solutions to ensure maximum protection of the Users’ personal data. Among other things, we are one of the few in the Polish recruitment market to store it in an encrypted program designed to handle recruitment processes.

Change in privacy policy

This privacy policy may be amended in the future by the PDA. In the event a material change occurs to individual provisions, individuals who have provided us with an email address will be notified along with information about the individual changes to the privacy policy.
